The Rabies Rally

The Rabies Rally is an epic adventure, where teams compete in challenges whilst navigating across the stunning Cornish landscape in tuk tuks. Your company can become part of the Rabies Rally through sponsorship. You will be increasing your brand visibility across the beautiful Lizard peninsula, one of Cornwall’s most popular tourist destinations, while supporting an organisation that is saving the lives of people and dogs around the world. Your generous support will also be shared with our supporters via social media, email and press coverage of the event.

Charity of the year

Charity of the year partnerships are a great way to engage your employees and to demonstrate your company’s commitment to supporting a vital cause. Working together we can create a unique partnership. This is a great way to raise awareness and funds for our mission to end rabies. Your employees can come up with innovative and creative ways to promote Mission Rabies and raise vital funds. Some members of your team can even volunteer on one of our vaccinations drives and get first-hand experience of the difference your support makes.

Fundraising

We can work with your company to create fundraising activities and events for your employees to get involved in. Whether your company is making strides for rabies elimination, leaping into the sky for rabies, or sweetening the fight against rabies, you will be protecting the lives of both animals and humans. Every fundraising activity or event makes a huge difference with raising awareness and funds to protect both people and animals from the devastation of rabies.

Volunteering

Volunteers play a pivotal role in our mission to end rabies – without volunteers our mass vaccination drives could not happen. You can support us by providing the funds or the volunteer days off for members of your team to volunteer on one of our missions. We have many opportunities to choose from, Uganda, Cambodia, India, Tanzania and much more. This will be a great chance for your employees to be part of something amazing – providing life-saving protection to communities by vaccinating dogs. Anyone can volunteer, they do not have to be a veterinary professional.

Give as you earn

Give As You Earn (Payroll Giving) means your employees can directly help our cause by donating, tax free to Mission Rabies through their pay. This is a great way to introduce Corporate Social Responsibility to your employees and is the most tax-efficient way to give to charity. By providing this opportunity for your team, you will be protecting both human and animal lives from this deadly disease.

Pledge school support

Children are at high risk of dog bites and our work within schools reaches ages up to sixteen, with lessons delivered directly to children in their classes and assemblies. If the risks of rabies are widely understood and appropriate dog bite treatment is known – rabies is 100% preventable. Join our schools ‘centres of change’ twinning programme and fundraise to provide life-saving education to children at risk.
